NCERT Books

NCERT Books published by The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). It is an autonomous organisation of the Government of India which was established in 1961 as a literary, scientific, and charitable Society under the Societies’ Registration Act. Its main work is to prepare and publish model textbooks, supplementary material, etc.

Textbooks published by NCERT are prescribed by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) from classes 1st to 12th. Not only the CBSE but the other state boards have adopted the NCERT book in their course curriculum. The experts have designed these Books after research and analysis of a particular subject and understanding the level of the students.
