Vedic Maths

Vedic Maths is a collection of sutras to solve the mathematical problem in a fast and easy way. It is originated from the Vedas (Atharva Veda), so we called it “Vedic Mathematics”. Atharva Veda deals with the branches like Engineering, Mathematics, Medicine, and all other sciences.

Vedic Math’s first book was written by Swami Bharati Krishna Tirtha, in the 1900s. It was first published in 1965. This book consists of 16 Sutras and 13 sub-sutras which can be used for arithmetic, algebra, geometry problems. The sutras are mainly the formulas that we use in the mathematical calculation. It is very important to make children or students learn some of these tricks at an early stage to make a strong base for the child. It helps in reducing silly mistakes problems, which are often created by kids.
